From enrolling at the College and settling in all the way through to securing a spot at your chosen university, we are here to provide advice and guidance every step of the way.
All students that enrol on a study programme at KGV are assigned a personal progress coach, all of whom are University graduates who have a wealth of careers and teaching experience. We work with the students, for the students. Our mission is to ensure that you have all the tools you need to achieve your aspirations whilst studying at KGV.
We are there to pat you on the back when you succeed, motivate you, challenge you, provide advice or even for you to just vent your stresses and concerns at! It’s also our job to monitor your attendance and progress and chase you up if you are not meeting your targets.
We’re your first port of call if you have any issues that are affecting your studies or College experience and will do our best to help resolve these problems.

Throughout the College day, students are welcome to either drop in for a chat
or book a one-to-one appointment.
Once you've been assigned a Progress Tutor you will be given their direct contact details
so you can get in touch whenever you need to during College hours.

What does a Progress Tutor do?
Your progress tutor is there to monitor your progress and attendance and to help you with anything that may be affecting your studies or College experience and will do their best to help resolve these problems.

A progress tutor’s role is to make sure you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals while studying at KGV. They can motivate you, challenge you, provide advice, celebrate your successes and be there to support you through your studies.
