Biologists share London date with Darwin - 04/07/2012
A group of KGV Biology students enjoyed a trip to London where they visited the Natural History Museum, taking in all of the galleries and enjoying the ‘Animals Inside Out’ exhibition. This world premiere contains 90 plastinated animals ranging from a tiny frog to a 4-tonne elephant. Staff and students walked through the exhibition looking at the different systems, from nervous to the muscular and the reproductive to the skeletal.
After a full day we met up with Charles Darwin, ate tea in Leicester Square and strolled along the banks of the Thames. All of the students had an excellent trip!
