Alice’s landscape wows Royal Academy - 22/05/2012
The Royal Academy of Arts and King George V College Art Department would like to congratulate Alice Beswick - Calvert on being shortlisted for the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2012 online. Alice submitted a landscape mixed media piece entitled ‘Marshland Grasses ¼’. Alice who studies Art, Craft and Design at King George V College has been selected from over 1,450 applicants across the UK. The short-listing panel commented on the high quality of work that was submitted this year. The final selection for the exhibition takes place soon, so check the website from 4 June.
