KGV's Law Department held its Annual Law Conference recently- the main theme was careers and degree choices. All AS Law students attended and took a great deal away from the experience. Pictured from left to right: Norman Lyon (Head of KGV Law), Peter Kay Senior Lecturer Lancashire Law School UCLAN, Rob Saunders and Alison Munday, Law degree students at Liverpool University, Gary Claes a legal executive and Charles Rymer, solicitor, both of Silverbeck-Rymer solicitors Liverpool.
Incidentally, Alison Munday, who attended the Conference was a student at KGV in 2009- she achieved 3 A grades at A level (Russian, Law and Travel & Tourism) and won the Hilary Royden Award for Law. She volunteered to come back and tell students what studying law at university was really like!
